Normal Skin Essentials

Morning Routine (AM)

1.  Cleanser

  • Use a gentle, non‑stripping cleanser to remove overnight oil, sweat, or residue.
  • Look for a mild gel or cream formulation suited for normal skin.
  • Recommended:  Gel Clarificant Eclat Pur


2.  Serum (optional)

  • To protect your skin from environmental stress (pollution, UV exposure) and support radiance.
  • Ingredients to look for: vitamin C, niacinamide, or gentle peptides. 
  • Recommended: Hydrating Serum


3.  Moisturiser

  • Even normal skin benefits from light hydration to maintain balance and barrier function.
  • Choose a lightweight, non‑greasy cream or lotion.
  • Recommended: Light Moisturising Day Cream


4.  Sunscreen

  • Absolutely essential every morning—covering both UVA and UVB rays. Normal skin still needs protection to prevent ageing and maintain health.
  • Use broad‑spectrum SPF 30+ (or higher if you prefer).
  • Recommended: Mineral Sunscreen for Face & Body (SPF30)

Evening Routine (PM)

1.  Cleanser

  • Same as morning: remove sunscreen, makeup, pollutants. Gentle, non‑stripping.
  • Example: same cleanser as AM.


2.  Serum (optional)

  • If you have a specific concern (early signs of ageing, uneven tone, dullness) you can introduce a mild active a few nights a week. For normal skin you don’t need heavy or frequent treatments — just consistency with basics. 
  • Recommended: Peptide Serum


3.  Moisturiser

  • Use a slightly richer cream if your skin feels dull or during cooler months—but still keep it balanced.
  • Recommended: Ceramide Hydrating Night Cream



Weekly / Occasional Add‑ons

1.  Gentle Exfoliation (1‑2× per week)

  • Since normal skin is already balanced, you can use a mild exfoliant occasionally (like a light AHA or PHA) to keep texture smooth and glow maintained. But avoid over‑doing it. 
  • Recommended: AHA Peeling Concentrate


2.  Hydrating Mask or Boost

  • If you feel your skin looks a little tired or the season changes (dryer air, colder weather), you might use a hydrating mask or booster nightly for a few days.



Pro Tips

Keep it simple: Because normal skin is already balanced, you don’t need a massive 12‑step regime. Over‑processing may actually disrupt the balance.


Consistency matters: Regular cleansing + moisturising + sunscreen = most of the work. Treatments are optional add‑ons. 


Adapt to season & environment: Even normal skin can lean slightly oily in heat or slightly dry in cold. Adjust textures (lighter versus richer creams) accordingly.


Patch test new actives: If you introduce stronger serums, do so gradually and monitor skin response.


Lifestyle support: Good sleep, hydration, balanced diet, minimal stress — all help skin maintain its “normal” state.
