Dry Skin Essentials

Morning Routine (AM)

1.  Cleanser (optional)

  • Purpose: Remove sweat, skincare residue, and prep the skin.
  • Use if needed, otherwise rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Recommended: gentle cleansing milk or cleansing foam.


2.  Hydrating Toner (optional)

  • Purpose: Add lightweight hydration.


3.  Serum 

  • Purpose: Deliver deeper hydration and repair.
  • Recommended: all in one facial oil.


4.  Moisturiser

  • Purpose: Lock in hydration + reinforce skin barrier.
  • Recommended: Nourishing rich cream.


5.  Sunscreen

  • Purpose: Prevent UV-induced barrier damage.
  • Use broad‑spectrum SPF 30+ (or higher if you prefer).
  • Recommended: Sunscreen (SPF30) or sun protection stick (SPF50)


Night Routine (PM)

1.  Cleanser 

  • Same as AM.


2.  Hydrating Toner (optional)

  • Same as AM. Helps layer hydration before actives or creams


3.  Serum 

  • Night is ideal for barrier-repair serums.
  • Recommended: double hydration boost gel. 


4.  Moisturiser (richer formula at night)

  • Purpose: Deep barrier repair overnight.
  • Recommended: Collagen Anti-Age Night Cream.


Weekly (1–2x)

1.  Gentle Exfoliation (only if flaky or dull)

  • Choose PHA or lactic acid, which are gentle and hydrating.
  • Avoid harsh scrubs or drying acids like glycolic.
  • Recommended: AHA Peeling Concentrate.


Pro Tips

  • Avoid hot water. Lukewarm is best.
  • Pat dry with a towel—don’t rub.
  • Apply moisturizer on damp skin for better absorption.
  • Humidifier in dry environments can help skin retain moisture.
  • Patch test new products, especially serums or exfoliants.
  • Stay hydrated internally—dry skin worsens with dehydration.
  • Avoid harsh scrubs or drying acids like glycolic.
