Morning Routine (AM)

Evening Routine (PM)

1.  Cleanser

  • Same as morning — gentle and hydrating.


2.  Treatment

  • Retinol or Peptides

  • Start slow (2–3x/week) and build up as tolerated.

Pro Tips

1.  SPF is non-negotiable. Every. Single. Day.

2.  Start retinol slowly — apply every 2–3 nights, then increase.

3.  Always moisturise after retinol to reduce irritation.

4.  Stay hydrated and get enough sleep — lifestyle matters too.
